Aromantic... but what if pink?
I've always hated the colour green. I love how the aromantic flag looks just not the green. It's not just because I hate the colour green and don't feel represented by the current flag, the green has no meanin'. The asexual flag has purple as it's accent colour; purple is representative of sexual love. Pink is representative of romantic love, it means something. The green aromantic flag was created on this platform. Aromanticism isn't very mainstream (hopefully yet) so we can change it. (please change it)
Before you say the green actually does have meaning: Making the Aromantic flag accent colour the opposite of the Romantic colour makes it seem like aromanticism is the opposite of romanticism (it's not)
Breakdown:
Desaturated Pink - Romantic Love (it's desaturated because it's dead and withered) represents all aros as a whole
Even More Desaturated Pink - To show the variation in aroness. Represents the more clear cut aromantic identities that aren't 100% aro like Cupio, Demi, Bellus, ect
White - Platonic Love and aro togetherness
Grey - Shows that aromanticism is a spectrum in which people can flux about in different ways or not no where they fall
Black - Aros who are 100% aro and feel absolutely no romantic attraction with no exceptions also represents romance repulsion
The Flag:
Please leave your thoughts in the replies. Please spread this even if you don't like and/nor care about it. Feel free to use it in anyway just remember that it's an aromantic flag. I amn't tryna force anyone. If you like the green one, fine. Just understand my reasoning.

Note:
When I said 'dead and withered', I was talkin' about the shade of pink I was usein'. The pink I used is different from the usual cotton candy pink most people think of when you say pink. It's different from what most think of as a 'normal pink' just like when most think of a happy person with a good life, they think of someone with a loving romantic partner.
Wire - Pink Flag (1977)
4:19 AM EDT May 13, 2026:
Wire - "Brazil" From the album Pink Flag (December 1977)
Last song scrobbled from iTunes at Last.fm
A while back, just as an experiment to see what would happen, I listened to this album for a week, to the exclusion of all else.
Listened to it over and over, 12 or 14 times, never got tired of it. Loved it even more when I was done than I did when I started.
Now, Pink Flag ain't better than Third--nothing is--but I have come to figure since that the curious, energizing result of my weeklong audio research makes Wire's debut my second greatest album of all time.
