yes. yes you do.
everyone who is angry at all the apps shutting down one by one is justifiably angry. you are reacting to an uncontrollable situation. you feel like things are being taken away from you. reacting to that with anger is normal. someone stripping you of your right to be angry just cant handle the expression of anger themselves but i think thats a them problem, not a you problem.
these are also things that can easily trigger people with trauma. and guess what, people with CDDs have trauma. many got things regularly taken away as kids (including to other trauma or abuse) and never got it back. that leaves an actual imprint on your brain.
so yes. you do have a right to be angry. the difference is how you handle it. sending death threats is not ok. using coping mechanisms (such as punching a pillow, drawing or venting into a journal or something) are much better to do instead though and mostly help better. i hope everyone can eventually come back to grounding but for now it is okay to be angry and to express that. 🫂🩷
