Do you think Saxon compares the women he sees as potential romantic partners to his sister?

In my headcanon (which then kind of explains the canon) my answer leans toward yes. It's mostly piper though there's definitely some victoria in there too.

In episode one, when piper says she wouldn't mind if lochlan slept in her room, saxon immediately introduces a sexual subtext:

and then literally runs after her to tickle her in a very flirty way (which the actors themselves confirmed lmao):

Then if you consider Victoria's lines, both in episode 2 ("because you need your family. you do") and in the deleted scene where she basically says they should prioritize family and shut out strangers, there's this constant emphasis on family. Even when the context is romantic or sexual-coded. Saxon is clearly victoria's favorite child, it's reasonable to assume he grew up fully absorbing her ideals that nobody is ever good enough and therefore they should look inward.

Still in episode one, saxon goes on and on about how many issues his sister has, how she chose buddhism because she is repressed, why she's so hot but still a virgin.. basically there's a noticeable tension and resentment toward her:

Makes me wonder… maybe he even wants to be her first?

And again in episode four, when they're bickering about the idea that girls aren't attracted to guys like him, he snaps with: "Don't turn our little brother into a gender asexual like you,” which once again reinforces his resentment toward Piper's virginity.

On one hand, saxon comes in with this whole "alpha male who doesn’t give a shit about women except for sex" attitude. On the other, he keeps showing this weird sense of protectiveness toward his little sister even though he has absolutely no idea how to express it in a healthy way:

If they were just any family, i'd probably read that as a fairly normal sibling comment …but they are not. They're all incestuous weirdos.

It's also interesting that saxon is the only one who notices piper's change in clothing. He even addresses it. There's a deleted scene where he reacts to her dressing less conservatively and tells her: "You look different". Which makes me think she's one of the very few women who actually manages to bring something out of him. Whether it's a sense of protectiveness or just the way saxon compares piper to other women, even in a romantic-coded context.

looove the idea of saxon and piper getting closer after thailand. piper is trying to step out of her holier-than-thou attitude and asks saxon about some of the expensive restaurants that are actually worth going to (because she might be willing to accept that she's a bit more shallow than she thought but she is NOT going to waste her money on a gimmick that doesn't even taste good!!). saxon, trying to find himself and maybe make female friends (his sister) says he'll take her to one. they manage to talk and laugh like they haven't since they were children, back when it was just the two of them and piper was saxon's shiny new toy. it turns into weekly dinner dates and when the waiter brings them a dessert with two spoons for "the happy couple," neither of them say anything.
