God, Pirate Brawl is an INCREDIBLE Fabian episode. High stakes, high stress, Fabian being the perfect combination of overly confident in his skills and utterly terrified. And then the sort of quiet deflating that comes after Fabian runs away from the fight, and his day just keeps getting worse and worse... oof.

Okay I just finished ep6 of sophomore year, pirate brawl, and I had to take several breaks and pour myself a gin to go through it relatively sane. Genuinely what the hell.

i make fun of fabian a lot for being so scared of chungledown bim but in all honesty chungledown turned on him in the scariest combat of his life where he was already hiding in fear and crying, and he vowed to hunt him down and told him he was nothing compared to his (dead) father
