Got some salted pistacchios because they were on special offer and they're very respectable nuts. They kinda taste like salted potato chips and I like that. Blanched almonds remain the best chip-flavoured nut though.

Also, cracking them open is fun. They look like tulips. The edible part is green and purple, pretty interesting as other nuts I've eaten were always some kind or brown or beige. I knew they were green but I didn't know about the purple. It was a pleasant surprise.
