Ingredients: 4 tilapia fillets. 1/2 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped. 1/4 cup almond flour. 2 tablespoons fresh basil, finely chopped. 1 tablespoon lemon zest. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 375F 190C. Chopped pistachios, almond flour, basil, lemon zest, sea salt, and black pepper should all be combined in a shallow bowl. Use paper towels to pat dry the tilapia fillets. On both sides, coat each tilapia fillet with olive oil.
