Yeah…come to think of it, I didn’t realize till recently is how absolutely INSANE it is that in ACOWAR when Nesta meets Devlon for the first time and he asks if she’s a witch, that Cassian’s response is:
“She may act like one, but no. She is ‘high fae’.”
Keep in mind that witches in universe aren’t like in our world and are essentially another way to say “bitch”. Or even a playful tease. They are deeply feared to the Illyrians and fae. Like it’s like saying that someone acts like a literal demon in a world where people without a shadow of a doubt know demons exist. So not only is Cassian saying essentially she’s a bitch, no no! He’s also saying she acts like a type of being that HIS people deeply fear and rebuke which he would assumably know.
Like that is insane to me hello—??
