Uuuuuuh not that I can think of? A few art prints but the names won't mean anything to you, sorry!

22. What was your "phase" when you were younger?

Horse child, warrior cats (don't @ me), and probably just- nerd?

33. If you could own any non-traditional pet, what would it be?

Crow. I would love a crow because they're so damn smart and I love them.

49. What's something you don't have a picture of that you wish you did?

Uuuuhhhhh one night on a class trip I was out with friends and we had bought orange juice at the local store at like- 11/12pm and were just drinking it straight from the jug. Felt like we were the kings of this little town. I wish I had photos of that because we were so happy.

I don’t know what this is

but I really wanted to try out Fighter’s Block real quick just to see if I liked it so I was just like “okay I’ll do 200 words” so I hit go with absolutely no planning and then just went “fuckin uhhhhhhh” and I guess writing happened?  

I’m putting it under a cut because it’s kinda-sorta-longish. Feedback is welcome. c:

"Hey."

"Hey."

Silence. He looks down at his feet, dragging his toe through the gravel to occupy himself.

I'm the one to break the awkward silence. "So how's college?"

"Fine." He still won't meet my eyes.

A sigh of annoyance escapes me. He was the one who showed up here, so he damn well better talk if he wants me to stay out here. I was having a fantastic time marathoning Pixar movies before he showed up. Had to pause in the middle of the final battle against Syndrome's Omnidroid. Not cool.

"Look, dude, just tell me why you're here and we can both get on with whatever we're doing," I tell him harshly. "I'm sure you've got a million better things to do than stand here talking to me. Or not talking to me, apparently."

He bites his lip - a habit that's very familiar to me - and finally meets my eyes. "I just - well, I just wanted to hang out again, I guess." His voice is quiet, far quieter than the boisterous, jovial tone that I'm used to. "It's been almost a year since we fought."

"Yeah, well, there's a good reason we haven't talked since then," I mutter. "I'm still kinda pissed at your for that."

He squeezes his eyes shut. "I know, I know. I'm pissed at me too."

I feel myself unwillingly softening. He seems very... sad. Despondent, I guess, is the right word for it. Like he hasn't had anything to connect with for a while.

I run my fingers through my hair, already halfway regretting what I'm about to say. "I'm marathoning Pixar if you want to come in and talk about it."

A match of hope seems to light itself behind his eyes. "Yeah? What movie are you on?"

"Incredibles. It's almost over."

Someone who didn't know him wouldn't catch it, but I easily detect the lightning fast, almost imperceptible changes in emotions that flit across his face. Disappointment, guilt, resignation. The Incredibles has always been one of his favorites.

"We can start it over if you want."

It's one of my favorites too.

I turn back to my building without waiting for his response. A flick of my hand will be all it takes to get him to follow.
