Through many generations, the Chiba family has built an empire breeding and training expensive racehorses. In more recent years, the current patriarch of the family and Riki's father has been trying to bring their business to their place of origin, Mt. Komorebi, where the family has been building a new ranch from the ground up. Growing up in such a rich and esteemed family, Riki never had anything missing in his life. His parents always paid for everything, so he never had a proper job or took any further studies, other than the professional horse riding lessons he had to take in his youth. However, he's never been that interested in horses, and much more in his pet dog Koko, and more recently, partying. Riki loves to throw parties commonly attended by the young members of other rich families. He even likes to try his hand at deejaying sometimes. More importantly, though, he likes to spend time at his parties flirting with the daughters of said rich families. Naturally, his parents don't exactly approve of his lifestyle, and they would much rather see him end up in a proper relationship and taking over the family business one day. As for now, their hopes are that this is all just his crazy twenties, but whether that's true, is yet to be seen.
