Okay so I just read the new chapter and other than being completely emotionally dead inside I have a question-- When Kano says "she would have liked to see you like this" to Marry, is he definitely referring to Kido, or could it possibly be Azami? Either way, it's emotional.

While translating this part, I was debating on who he’s referring to. Either Kido, Shion or Azami.

But since he used “あの子” which means “that girl/child” I went with Kido because:

Girl/Child is referring to someone young, so Kido

Kano doesn’t know Mary’s relationship with Shion and Azami that well to say that, so I went with Kido since it would make sense the Mekakushi-Dan leader would have loved to see Mary being so brave and working hard for everyone

And that’s why I picked Kido
