the whole thing with like. the dragons fighting each other and heaving up massive piles of land and water, rearranging the earth and bringing back dead/extinct species and tribes while pizza cookie is just making her fucking deliveries and potato cookie just farms and shit is like. it puts into perspective how small of a scale the dragons really see the world and how little of it they know past their islands. longan doesn’t know what a cell phone is. lychee has never seen a car. pitaya doesn’t know what a sandwich is and ananas has never heard of television.

the modern cookies having their little adventures while the dragons just muck shit up and ruin so many lives while touching so much less is literally just. it’s literally just this image. everyone with modern lives is watching these five lizards with ego problems fuck up the balance of nature over their conflicting ideologies and they gotta clock in for their 9am shift
