E pizza pede vinho tinto, não é?! 😉 Este é um dos vinhos que eu acho mais “coringa” para acompanhar uma boa pizza de calabresa (que é a minha pizza favorita): o “Il Pumo Primitivo di Salento” da @SanMarzanoWines — um tinto da uva Primitivo, proveniente da região de Salento, na Puglia (no sul da Itália 🇮🇹). 🍷 Coloração rubi de média intensidade. Aromas de frutas negras maduras, um leve toque vegetal e um discreto caramelo. Na boca tem corpo médio+, acidez moderada e taninos médios e macios. Muita fruta negra e vermelha madura com leve (porém evidente) dulçor. 📝 Vinho gostoso, frutadão, equilibrado e macio! O açúcar residual é discreto e não incomodou. VN89+ pontos. .
