Poor Nico is melting into a puddle from a crush he'd been certain he'd gotten rid of until Percy walks through speaking Italian. I feel like he'd just lay face down on the floor for a while.

(Side note: What would Reborn think of Nico?)

Nothing, absolutely nothing, could have prepared Nico for the full force of Reborn and being grabbed while walking into the apartment to be asked about ghost murder is probably the tamest thing he could have done for an introduction.

That being said the first time Percy speaks Italian Nico is punching the wall because it’s fucking unfair that his old crush has come to jump him in the worst way.

(It’s okay though because Will also speaks Italian and Nico thinks he’s sounds far better when he does)

Reborn is definitely interested in Nico. And would be the first possible guardian he would tap in for Percy if he could ever convince his grandson to start his own mafia family. (He’s also not convinced that Maria wasn’t from some known mafia family so really he would just be reclaiming what’s rightfully theirs.)
