Potentially stupid idea - the Swedish Chef as Achilles??

I know I’ve looked at who’s going to play Achilles before but I think especially for the underworld scene that could be funny, like he’s trying to impart wisdom on Odysseus but no one can understand. And the Swedish Chef is known for his rages. So it isnt the Rage of Achilles, but the Rage of the Swedish Chef

I don’t know who Patroclus would be in this situation though

Because I’m making Camilla and the chickens the Sirens, I have a really specific vision of Odysseus hearing the sirens and struggling against the ropes, basically in tears - like it will be super dramatic and emotional

Then I want to cut to Gonzo swimming furiously to the Sirens island (read: Camilla) whilst Rizzo is trying to catch them

Muppets travelling by map

what if, when Odysseus meets Aelous, rather than just giving Odysseus the winds, he gives Odysseus a map to travel by map with, so we can just do a map transition to the crew nearly at Ithaca (obviously visible in the distance) and then someone, I'm currently picturing Fozzie, decides to take the winds as in the original text

if the person who takes and opens the winds is Fozzie, I feel like he was probably attempting a fart joke or something...

but with the winds open, they, of course, get sent all the way back across the Aegean, and they could lose the map as well when they are ripped away from Ithaca by the winds, explaining why they have to effectively go the long way round, rather than fast-travelling like they can in other media

welcome to my scribbles, i.e. working out whose playing who in the odyssey. 'Tis an incomplete list, but I'm struggling

because my handwriting is a nightmare, heres the actual list, but only the blue ones I'm sold on rather than the green ones I'm not sure about yet:

So the background is obviously rubbish/ non existent. But Statler and Waldorf as Scylla and Charybdis have been actualised. I gave Statler the red body to harken back to red figure vase paintings of Scylla rather than have his body match his suit.

Given that Charybdis is a whirlpool, Waldorf was a little trickier. But a lot of sources talk about the island above her, and how it was a smaller island with a fig tree growing on it. So l've gone for that instead. Although I do feel like that will have to be a bit of a meta moment, maybe something about budget cuts?? Given that he is just sitting on the island rather than embody embodying Charybdis as it were. Not sure yet. But I'll figure it out.

Also I did think about putting them in Hellenic clothing. But I thought it was funnier if they were just anachronistic beyond belief
