less then 4 hours and I can leave for Columbus where I belong. I cry.  I have to meet with the inspector tomorrow and then not be home because the previous tenet is FINALLY getting the rest of his stuff. I hate him so I’d rather just conveniently not be home. Will probably sit at starbucks with my laptop and relax till hes done.

And then training days <3 I’m so excited. I have been trying to be in columbus for so long and now I’m doing it!!!!

I’ve been considering the idea of trying to do a dating website again or just trying to meet friends in general. But i keep having those crushing thoughts like.... “You know how childish you are? Look at your room? The decor? Look at all the toys and posters! The kind of men you’re into aren’t into that!” “You like to dress weird and goth. You are only gonna attract certain types. Also you’re fat.” “You literally have unicorns on everything. Dudes are not gonna go for that.” “You’re at weird stage in your life. You still don’t even know yourself. You are getting away from cosplay more to pursue new things. How can you even THINK of dating?”

and then theres more: “What about Cyrvs? You know he’ll never date you but you’re afraid of change and attached to him. What if he goes away?” “What if it never works? What if the dude is bad? What if its like the last 14 times you tried? What if you get raped again? What if you fall hard and get your ass handed to you? Do you wanna deal with that? Honestly?”

Its hard being lonely but stable but also wanting a companion...

Also Cyrus actually misses me???? I messaged him about the video (I mean he introduced me to the band so) and he was like “We should hang out sometime!” Literally has never said he wants to hang out. I am so excited. I’m going back down the next two weekends if I can and I honestly really wanted to see him so the fact that he’s like “do it” I’m like so stoked. I’ve really missed him and I’m so happy that he misses me.

I just can’t believe what was supposed to be a one night stand turned into FWB and then into company and now we’re actually friends. I really am happy to have him. He keeps me grounded and is there to tell me to shut up when things are a bad idea. He wants whats best for me and is cold and a butthole but takes great care of me. Honestly, He’s one of my best friends. I wish he’d let me take a selfie with him to put up on my wall but eh. As long as he wants to hang out thats all I need.

Suddenly hit with a wave of sadness again...

Meaghan loved System of a Down...It was like...her favorite band. None of us that knew her can listen to them without instantly thinking of her. Chop Suey, Sugar, Psycho...those in particular. And lol Kill Rock and Roll. 

I can remember just blasting them in this church basement her dad used to clean and eating half the sunday school popsicles. And whip cream. Her favorite member Darian Malikian (Know I see why I used Maliki as one of my character names haha (it also relates to Children of the Corn which I saw at her house for the first time). She got into Arminia because of them and got pretty passionate about the arminian genocide and, well she wasn’t an activist, but she brought a lot knowledge to people about it.

I’m blasting a playlist of them. I am gonna go pick up a CD sometime tomorrow. I was gonna head over to Toys’R Us anyway to nab a Monster High doll for hella cheap. So I might as well swing over to the mall and see if I can’t grab at least one of their albums (If I can choose, It’ll be Toxicity).

Our first trip for supplies was a success! @clickreload and I managed to get materials for our corset/sincher (wait till you see the brocades omg) and we got a good idea of some of the fabrics we need for Bog! On top of that, we have each come up with pieces for some of the wings which is tremendous!

Sadly, @grafted couldn’t join us until our shopping devolved into Monster High hunting but properly hanging out with her was great! I’m glad I’m not the only one in Monster High hell...

I’m so excited because they are gonna be the perfect Bog and Dawn. This cosplay project is gonna be amazing!

Guh I’m glad that video finally posted.

I’m meeting up with @clickreload and @grafted (my Bog and Dawn) to do our first fabric shopping trip/meeting of the minds! First on the list is sample materials, corset supplies, and possibly a trip to the hardware store for things for wings! I’m super pumped cause I haven’t had a proper cosplay outing in awhile!

I’ll be filming a bit as well and introducing you to my lovely honey bunches! If anyone is curious about wear I work, you’re gonna see first hand HAHA...

Sorry, I’m in a draw call with my buddy Scott so I’m taking a fic break! I’m starting on a set of cool drawings I wanna do I’m calling “The Court of the Dark” involving some of my favorite Evil/Good characters!

right now I’m just trying to practice sketch tho! I’ll post something soon
