So, for weredad: no, that one just doesn't happen. Not the least of which because Tom Dupain adores his daughters boyfriend, and because they don't meet in costume in either of their houses, they've no reason too.
Nathalie is essentially cannon Nath, possibly starts getting the maternal stuff earlier than cannon, though and she also sorta takes Mari awkwardly under her wing the way she feels Emilie would have if she was still here. It's a bit stilted and awkward, but eventually they hit a rhythm once she sees how Marinette is very physically protective of Adrien.
If there's anything Nath can do, it's teach someone how to guard the idiot Agreste they love.
Placidde, meanwhile, is literally the full time wielder of the turtle miraculous after a point. Not everybody they recruited temporarily for that fight comes back as a holder, but Placidde does. It's something Fu actually approves of, one more layer of protection on their ladybug holder. Someone whose always with him, who even if he isn't transformed, can help by making excuses for Adrien.
As for when Placidde found out, nobody actually knows. He definitely knew it was Adrien the day mr. Bug gave him the miraculous the first time, but he's also definitely known for awhile and just not said anything. Part of the reason Adrien wasn't found out in the early days when he wasn't very creative or clever with excuses is because Placidde covered for him. At the time, he didn't necessarily know what he was covering up, but he figured it out.
So placidde's role is confidant and protector, after a fashion. He's the one person Adrien can lean on and fully trust in that house.
