Plaki (Tikki and Plagg)
This is The Ultimate, the Pinnacle of Ships. They are literally the physical embodiment of opposites attract and I, for one, love them for it. If a couple is supposed to be yin/yang I’m probably watching that show, and they are the literally supposed to be yin/yang so there you go.
They are good examples of how to make the laid back, lazy, not-a-care-in-the-world character and the optimistic, supportive, go-getter character multi-dimensional.
The way they act around each other is definitely different to how they act around others (Plagg becomes softer, more flirty, while Tikki is very no-nonsense and strong) because they know each other better than anyone else. They balance each other out in every way, and it makes my subtext-analyzing brain cry.
