DIY PLANT-BASED MILK
Hemp milk is one of my favorite plant-based alternative bevs. There’s no straining required, the flavor is lovely, and you can whip up a batch in under five minutes! Great for post-apocalyptic scenarios where fresh milk is limited but you’ve got a rationed supply of hemp seeds to get you through the summer. Perfect. Making plant-based milk as you need it ensures you waste less because you’re making less. For those of you who go through plant milk slowly (if you exist) it’s a great solution!
I also love hemp seeds because they’re packed with nutrients, they easily adapt to whatever flavor combo you want to test out, and buying in bulk is relatively inexpensive. If you keep your seeds in an airtight container they’ll last a long while, keeping your smoothie fix alive. Or pancake cereal kick? Can someone make me this, please?
