heartbreaking: the worst person you know is spreading misinformation
WIP that I am not sure if I will ever finish... but here he is! Have I ever shared him here? This is my sketchy concept for Planet X/Nine. I really do hope we get more information about whether or not he truly exists!
I am also still thinking why in Lady Milky Way's name Uranus has this photo:

The hunt for the elusive Planet Nine goes on, and new research claims to have the "strongest statistical evidence yet" that there is such a planet orbiting somewhere around the far edges of the Solar System. That claim was made to Andrew Griffin at The Independent by astronomer Konstantin Bogytin from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Bogytin has been responsible for many of the previous studies trying to prove the existence of the ninth planet. In this latest piece of research, Bogytin and his colleagues tracked the movement of Trans-Neptunian Objects or TNOs: variously sized celestial bodies beyond Neptune's orbit, which include dwarf planets like Pluto and Eris.

Planet Twitter- I mean X-,,,
I have procrastinated a little bit for his design, I want to make him super cool, he's the best villain of the series, if I didn't make him beautiful I would set myself on fire.
Enjoy both planet and human design for this m*therfucker /affectionate
I really like the idea that every planet has their own way to "float" into space. Neptune and X are particularly fluid because they almost swim. Both Uranus and Mercury use a more "flying" approach.
And yes he and Neptune have similar features.
Stellato AU Playlists (pt. 1)
Some of these characters do appear in the actual show, but since this AU was written before they appeared, I'm just going to add them into one big post :)
This is the playlist for music that has inspired me to write the series.
Theia
I wrote Theia's character before she officially appeared, and I haven't seen a single episode with her in it. I stopped watching SolarBalls since I believe Planet Nine's reveal...? So her personality could be completely different than in my series.
Nine
Again, I made this playlist before X's (I call him Nine) reveal, so much of his personality may be different.
Sedna
I also made this WAY before she was revealed.
And now onto our main event with 'new' characters...
Chrysalis
I know that the show has now officially confirmed Chrysalis' existence, which is why I decided to make these playlists in the first place.
Also, fun fact: It may not be obvious to some people, but I made Chrysalis dramatically sapphic/lesbian-coded.
Herschel
Herschel is a hypothetical (and theorized) moon that may have collided with Uranus and given it its rings, so I'm really hoping the show also touches on Herschel in the future.
And yes, for the rest of these icons, I just used Gacha Nebula...
Now, for the ex-planets with life :)
Aereth
Fun fact: Aereth's life consisted mostly of avian creatures (birds, if you don't know what avian means).
Dabi
Fun fact: Dabi's life consisted mostly of reptilian creatures as well as insects.
Mario
Fun fact: Mario's life consisted mostly of fungi and plants (mostly fungi, though). As for the creatures, you would find mainly amphibians.
Kova
Fun fact: As for Kova's life, you would find various creatures who are akin to the sea, and some of those were akin to both land and sea.
Two of those names are not like the others~
I got them from my Ao3 Discord, so ofc 2 people chose their favorite well-known characters lmao
These playlists are also updating all the time (as well as the other playlists I've posted in the past)
And since I can only embed 10 playlists for each post, I'll have to make a part 2...
favourite planet, other than earth, and why? (Please give an essay or smth, i wanna read)
Ask and you shall receive.
(You gave me a difficult ask, with the whole essay bit, lol, but sure. I'd love to rant a bit ^^)
Before I begin, I'm just going to say that my favourite planet isn't exactly confirmed to exist...
It's Planet Nine, but despite it not being known to us, I still really like it.
So, Planet Nine is only theorised to exist. This is mainly because of the strange gravitational behaviours of objects that are in the Kuiper Belt, which scientists think is caused by said planet.
It's thought that Planet Nine is 5 to 10 times the mass of Earth, so it's pretty large. It's also estimated that it takes over 10000 years to make a full orbit around the sun.
Seeing that it's so far away from the sun, it's really no wonder that this planet is more or less hidden from us.
I personally see the possibility of it existing. There's evidence that suggests so, and overall, the whole idea of a secret, faraway planet seems very plausible.
It's hard for me to say why I like this planet in particular, despite having 8 planets that we do know about, plus Pluto.
I guess I really enjoy the concept?? Again, I know it's not 100% confirmed, but I can still like it, right??
I love the fact that there could be something else - much farther - even beyond Pluto.
Planet Nine intrigues me (probably because of the whole mystery aspect, but still!)
Despite knowing almost nothing, despite having only estimations and theories, Planet Nine is all the more interesting.
I remember when I first heard about it, and I was immediately fascinated by it. It was fun to think about it and to come up with all sorts of theories and debates about whether or not it is real.
So, yeah. My favourite (not even confirmed) planet is Planet Nine. I'm sorry if I didn't talk about an actual planet and instead focused on the theoretical side of things (^^;)
I was just always curious about this one in particular... (Also, choosing a favourite planet out the 8 confirmed and/or Pluto would've been a tough decision because I like them all, heh).
I really hope that I said everything I wanted to say and that you enjoyed reading my semi-rant/semi-essay about my favourite planet.
If you have any questions, then I'll gladly answer them :3
Remember that Sol System! Planet Nine post I made earlier today?
Yeah uh... I caved-
Meet Harpocrates, my silly "little" take on this! He unfortunately got thrown out into the Vacuum after a freak accident early in the System's history, and was forgotten.
But hey, even if he is dead and lost most of his memories as a ghost of sorts, he's still a pretty chill guy. Very quiet and observant, but can be very inquisitive and adventurous at times.
The things on his legs are compression braces, as he is quite wobbly on his feet and usually uses a cane to help with walking (Which I unfortunately did not include here).
His symbol is based on a Rose, which is also associated with his Mythological equivalent. Harpocrates is the Hellenistic God of Secrets, Silence and Confidentiality, which I think fits Planet Nine as it is a secretive World, if it even exists.
Sol System belongs to @mystic-menagerie
We might’ve just had our first real look at Planet Nine!
Scientists say they’ve spotted a strange object in two old infrared sky surveys, and it could be the strongest sign yet that Planet Nine is real.
The idea of Planet Nine first came up in 2016, when astronomers noticed some weird orbital patterns in icy objects way beyond Neptune. They figured something big—maybe 10 times the mass of Earth—might be hiding out there, way past Pluto.
