Sunday Recharge
Well I have to admit that cleansing was a bit of a disaster, but I’m continuing the weight loss journey. After a successful exam and busy months closure at work I gave the last week to myself to get back in balance. I hit the gym once and maintained a healthy diet and got enough sleep. I plan this week to be a bit more challenging. Gym twice and a yoga class. Cleansing soup, smoothies, oats and veggies, lots of water.
