I found that going to the gym is quite a pain in the ass. So I’ll keep one gym workout,one yoga class but adding two 20 mins power workout. 10 mins step aerobics and 10 mins arm workout.

Sunday Recharge
Well I have to admit that cleansing was a bit of a disaster, but I’m continuing the weight loss journey. After a successful exam and busy months closure at work I gave the last week to myself to get back in balance. I hit the gym once and maintained a healthy diet and got enough sleep. I plan this week to be a bit more challenging. Gym twice and a yoga class.  Cleansing soup, smoothies, oats and veggies, lots of water.Â
Cleansing
After Easter it’s the best time to start a cleansing diet. After eating meat, ham, pork and cakes for two days, might be good to boost my energy and clean my stomach.
I have to work and I have an exam, as well so I am making a light detox for 3 days. That’s for a start.
- No Coffee
- No carbs
- Just veggies, white meat and fruit
- At least 2 Ls of cleansing water
 - and 30 mins of Cardio everyday
- plus 1 hour Yoga to calm down and stretch a bit
