Vegan chocolate peanutbutter cup pancakes! I drew inspiration for this dish from plantyou (instagram). This breakfast is 610 calories with 22g of fat, 86g of carbs and 22g of protein giving you the kick you need to start your day. 3/4 cup of oats, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, one banana, 1/2 a cup of plant milk, 1 tsp of vanilla extract and .5 tsp of cinnimon. Blend it all together and you'll have your batter. From there cook em, plate em, add a serving of peanutbutter on top and drizzle some chocolate syrup (most are vegan but always check the ingredients). Yummy!
