[ Glare silently ] IS BACK
Finally got around to play Avowed!
My nerdy arcane scholar Morelle rocking the mushroom zombie look
One thing I really appreciate about Avowed is how many people are commenting on the PC being a godlike and mushrooms growing out of their head because god damn it the lack of godlike reactivity was SO frustrating in PoE
(you still get an option to wink in dialogues even if you don't have eyes but oh well)
Of course I understand that it's much harder to do this kind of reactivity when there's half a dozen playable races to choose from but it's just honestly immersion breaking to play as this supposedly very rare and weird looking race surrounded by superstitions and cool lore and having barely anyone comment on it and it was actually a great idea to just make the PC godlike by default with it being a big part of the main story because it's such a cool "main character" race
Tbh when I get back to replaying Pillars I'll probably make a new non-godlike Watcher because otherwise it would bother me even more than before
