Anyway, I got sidetracked doing some quests for him (absolutely something Nellriel would do), which sent me back to Clegur to warn the Stoors of a recent attack.

The timing was interesting considering it's currently Daffodil Days over there xD

I didn't know he was a thing until a few moments ago JDJSJSJSJJS no really, I went to the Prancing Pony to vibe and saw players surrounding this one quest-giving NPC. And then oh, he's giving out Anniversary tokens, guess I know what I'll be doing.
