So today my coworker reinstated a room for another night without looking at the guest id to make sure it was the same person. Turns out it wasn't, some dude watched to see when the guest left then came up front and said "hey I was in 115 last night and I want another night." And my coworker reinstated and charged the card on file.... And this guy fuuucked the room up.
