Tbh / Unpopular Opinion…

Most Hugfia fans tend to be so full of themselves and act like it’s the only ship in the fandom. As much as I love Hugfia myself, the fans just pull me away from it.

On YouTube - I make a post about Desamber and comments are filled with “When is your next Hugfia video?” “Can you do this for Hugfia?” (You know Hugfia isn’t the only ship, right?)

On TikTok - Fans are already saying they hate Prince Zane because Sofia’s supposed to be with Hugo… (What!? We know nothing about Zane yet, they never said he was her love interest!)

On BlueSky - Hugfia shippers won’t stop asking Craig if Hugo will come back in the show or trying to get him to say that they have feelings for each other. (Leave the man alone!)

It’s just slowly getting more and more annoying… Yes, I ship Hugfia and headcanon that he’s her endgame. But that doesn’t mean I go around on every Sofia the First post and talk about it. Desamber is my favorite and I don’t do that stuff with it either, I just make my own stuff for them for fun! They can’t accept the fact that Craig said he doesn’t want the show to be about childhood crushes.

Honestly, as great as Hugfia was… he was only in 3 episodes! They act like Hugfia was like the whole lore of the show! Everyone needs to calm down… If you ship Sofia with anyone else (Desmond, Vivian, Cedric, Killua, etc.) then they are so upset for some reason. You have to agree with them that she can ONLY be with Hugo.

And this is only with Hugfia fans! I’ve noticed if someone ships her with anyone else, then they are super respectful! I have Cedfia shippers read my Hugfia stories to support me and leave a good review, I see Desfia shippers respecting and understanding where Hugfia fans are coming from. It’s sad to see Hugfia fans acting like their ship is the ONLY ship!! You make a post about her with someone else and Hugfia fans will be all, “Hugfia is better!!!”

I just want this to stop and for people to realize everyone has their own ships, so if you don’t like a ship then you don’t have to interact with the post… Please stop flooding the fandom with this!

Just a little fyi

A couple people yelled at me about shipping Septiplier. Yes, I ship it, but not really in the relationshipy kind of way. I love and very much so miss the bromance between the two. The way they interacted was phenomenal. Now I think it's okay to ship Septiplier however you want to, but just don't shove it in Mark and Jack's faces, leave them be. They have girlfriends and they're all very very happy! I'm glad they're happy, and I wish nothing less for them. But can we please chill out on the hating on the shippers, they're really doing nothing wrong, I was wrongly accused of wanting to force the ship and yes I write fanfic, but that is a personal piece of fiction, keyword being fiction meaning not real. Please understand that I write as a way of expressing feelings and some of my older followers should know that, but please know I mean nothing by it. Thank you for reading, have a good day.

Hot Take: There’s too much hate on about how Sofia and her siblings look in the Elena finale! It’s been years and I still see people so mad at it on Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, etc!

1. She has had the same model since she was 8 years old and would be 13 in the finale. You really expect a 13 year old to still look the way she did when she was 8?

2. It’s a completely different animation style!! Even some Elena characters looked really off in the Sofia animation, such as the Jaquins and Mateo. The creator even said that Sofia’s OG model looked monstrous when just put into Elena’s animation.

3. You can TELL they purposely made the kids different due to age since Roland and Miranda look relatively similar.

4. Be grateful they even GAVE HER a cameo! The whole series, Elena never mentions her. Never gives Sofia ANY credit for freeing her, just says things like, “One magical day I was freed.” So I’m THANKFUL the show finally gave Sofia recognition!

5. She doesn’t even look BAD! She just looks different, like how a 13 year old SHOULD look (like she’s starting puberty haha). She’s still adorable and gives off the same Sofia vibes. It’s not hard to accept change!

6. They gave us the adorable scene of James dancing with Isabel! So cute!

I’m praying that the fandom doesn’t erupt again at the new Royal Magic Show. Why hate that creators are paying honor to our favorite Princess by giving her cameos and bringing her back for a new show? Please stop spreading hate and start being thankful that Disney is finally showing love to her again!

Okay, let me say this and only once. I don’t care if you hate my music. If you think K-Pop is dumb? Good for you. That’s your opinion and I respect it. BUT you don’t see me going around hating people for their favorite genre of music. You like death metal? Awesome. Country? Cool. Indie? Sweet. K-Pop? Great, come fangirl with me. I’m glad you’ve found your favorite kind of music.

A friend of mine once said this, “I just think that music is amazing. Everyone should be able to enjoy good, clean music that speaks to their soul and makes them feel good and happy and full. I think that’s something that everyone deserves.”

Everyone deserves to listen to their genre of music. Stop hating on people for liking a certain genre of music. Please. Give me respect and I’ll give your respect.
