So I just found out what was making noise by my window at night. It turns out that there is a litter of 3 kittens in an abandoned apartment construction site. No while has been there for a while so now its slowly being taken over by nature. They are right were the walkway would have been if they completed it. There is two gray ones and an orange and white one. It's possible that our neighbors orange tabby , gonger is the father. Our apartments don't allow pets unless it's fish or other less destructive pets so our neighbors had to leave him outside. Our area has a lot of stray cats so it's possible that hunger hot one of the female strays. They got a cute little huddle party going on, Except the orange one is exploring it's 'jungle'. I am to scared to make any noise and scare them off. I plan on keeping an eye on them until they leave.
