How much water did you drink?
Roughly 2 liters
Did you do any exercise? If yes, etc…(applies to all further applicable questions)?
Yes, finally, The Mister took me on a run, so we did a distance day (3+ miles <8.40/mi pace).
Did you buy anything?
Lunch
Did you read?
Yes, I'm now digging into a few borrowed Kindle books from my last city-of-residence-in-the-US' public library (cool huh!), Incognito: the secret lives of the brain by David Eagleman, and Smarter Than You Think by Clive Thompson. I also recently acquired the complete works of Shakespeare, Kindle edition, so I will bust into Hamlet soon too.
Did you listen to any music?
Various YouTube trance mixes.
Did you watch any TV shows or movies?
Yes, caught up on the new episodes of The Mindy Project, along with the usuge. The Mister and I couldn't decide on a movie to watch since I've become uber-sensitive to any sort of violence and there are basically no movies that aren't even the slightest bit violent, except for shallow rom-coms, which I wasn't in the mood for either. No matter, Imelda (my computer) went on the fritz last night anyway, so The MIster had to get her back up and running properly. I ended up playing whatever Jewel Stars game and a crossword on The Mister's tablet. Then we passed out.
Did you do any cleaning?
No
Did you get a headache?
No
Other than showering, basic hygiene, did you do any personal grooming?
No, but my nails really need to be redone...surprise surprise.
Did you put on socks?
Yes
Did you go somewhere requiring motorized transportation?
No
How far did you walk today?
Maybe a little over a mile.
How do you feel physically?
Great, but then I went for a run.
How do you feel mentally?
Exhausted. I've come to some serious realizations about my upbringing and are surfacing rather intensely, and no I don't want to talk about it. Nevertheless, it's emotionally exhausting. Thus, I will leave out my other usual 'words' as they will remain in my paper notebook...at least for now.
