been following your spec evo stuff for a bit now and im just curious how soft the creatures are (the pilot guy looks SO soft)

their fur is actually quite short it feels a little velvety and looks like the hair you'd find on a moth, but then again moths are too fuzzy looking while pilots are stupidly smooth coated so its not a good example.

pilots are just very fat! with a layer of short but dense fur. if they were wet there wouldn't be a drastic change mostly just a bit of volume lost
