My new @knockaround shades arrived. Originally I was going to pack them for @blueridgemarathon weekend and Earth Day April 22nd. We’re partnering with Knockaround to Challenge others to join in on plogging this month. I will go on my solo run from home instead of traveling to Virginia. What is “plogging” ? . Simple- it’s the act of picking up trash while running. . The EARTH is healing. . One big silver lining of this pandemic is that there is evidence the earth is healing itself from all the human pollution. For the first time in DECADES , fish and dolphins are swimming into canals in Venice and the ozone over Japan is improving.
