Ploy Chermarn posting a picture with her controversially young ex-girlfriend Claudine Craig was not on my 2026 bingo list but here we are 😭
I think most people on Tumblr might recognize Ploy as June/Tang from Love of Siam...
And perhaps if you've caught the hit Nadao Bangkok teen series Hormones, you might know Claudine as the sweet farang kid Mali.
And for those who don't know their story, Claudine and Ploy dated from 2021 to 2023 and it was a relationship that received a lot of scrutiny from the Thai general public because of their 17 year age gap (Claudine was 22, Ploy was 39).
Their relationship briefly appeared in Deane Dynasty, a 2023 reality circling Lydia and Matthew Deane - one of Thailand's most prominent celebrity families and Ploy was one of their best friends.
Lydia and Matthew made various subtly homophobic remarks invalidating Ploy and her relationship with Claudine through out this reality show but I've tried my best cutting those out and here's a tiny glimpse of Ploy and Claudine's relationship documented on footage.
This 2022 Thairath interview is also the only?/one of the few interviews Ploy did about her relationship with Claudine.
Ploy and Claudine started interacting with each other again in November 2025, indicating they're on good terms/are friends now. Ploy posted about going to Claudine's DJ gig and started commenting frequently on Claudine's IG posts again. There's A LOT of other drama that went down since 2023 and 2025 for Ploy (but you'll have to look into that yourself because I'm not turning my blog into a silly bunterng space) but I'm just really happy that Ploy's back on good terms with Claudine after her tough year dealing with a cheating ex, horrendous breakup and breast cancer 😭
