Not much else to say about Wesker and Rebecca photo thing, p sure i talked about in 2023. However, I will say it's both hilarious and mildly infuriating that the prospect of Wesker being a creep is too much for diehard stans of the character to handle.

Excella is younger than Rebecca by 3 years, I believe? He was very obviously grooming and manipulating her. It's highly likely they met when she was a teen. The scene where she gets all handsy wasn't her "sexually harassing" him (i get you guys hate women, but be serious– we all know the power dynamic is not in her favor) it's hinting at the fact that their relationship, thus far, has been sexual.

Sorry, but Wesker's perv behaviour was never surprising. Stop woobifying villains and deluding yourself into believing the false version of them you've constructed in your mind is canon. It'll be better for your sanity.

The photo being placed there a few months before Rebecca joined doesn't mean it's impossible for Wesker to be the one who put it there. We all know Wesker is a meticulous planner and, at that point, was most likely researching his future team.

If it helps you sleep at night, think of the basketball photo as a running gag or something.
