i have been wanting to thin out my eyebrows since i saw how i looked last summer (i didn't do that on purpose but it was the first time i thinned out my eyebrows) i kept looking back at the photos from last summer and i decided that i looked better but like I didn't have enough confidence to do that?

i am in my very ugly era so i was like just go for it and we'll think about it later and yeah

i think i still need to work on how to shape them better because i only thinned them out from above so like now it looks long? idk time will tell

or my patience will

Is it okay to shape your eyebrows?

It’s not ok to do that.

Ibn Mas’ood (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “Allaah has cursed the women who do tattoos and those who have this done, the women who pluck eyebrows and those who have this done, and the women who file their teeth and change the creation of Allaah.” Then he said: “Should I not curse those whom the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) cursed, when it says in the Qur’aan (interpretation of the meaning): ‘… And whatsoever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, abstain (from it)…’ [al-Hashr 59:7]”

It is permissible to remove the hair between the eyebrows, because it’s not actually apart of your eyebrows.
