Drink of choice: hot chocolate,,,,,,, oooh @iris-siberica sent me some teas a while ago <3 and i just tried brewing the chai one in soy milk and it was a yum!!! it was indeed a yum

Languages: English, some Mandarin, some Malay, tried to learn a lot of different ones but never got the hang of it, BUT i will get the hang of German!! not focusing on it a lot rn tho bc i’m thinking more abt my health and independence <3

Instruments: voice lol!! used to play some piano for fun but my sister uses the piano as a counter for her stuff so i don’t get to practice much LOL. also tried guitar and violin but those where Joint Pain Central

Celebrity crushes: i don’t think i get new crushes anymore... uhm... well i rlly like Dr Peter A. Levine, who’s an expert on nervous system health and trauma recovery SDGADFGADFhdfHADFHA it’s not a crush tho it’s like he’s a rlly nice and knowledgeable grandpa. another knowledgeable grandpa is Dr Gabor Maté who talks abt viewing addiction from a trauma-informed lens and also the interconnectedness of mind-body-environment and how the medical field classifies and treats illnesses is very surface level and stuff like that. would recommend looking up their names on a podcast app or youtube and checking out their interviews and talks and such. OH AND IRENE LYON her youtube vids on nervous system health are great i love her, her content is probably the most accessible out of the three. whew chile i got my hyperfixation out in the open here huh
