cats kind of make a shit-load of noise at eachother for a good 20 minutes then beat the everloving shit out of eachother. though I’ve never seen truly feral cats fight so i suppose i don’t know, i’ve only seen the neighborhood strays
Yeah, if you've got a standard cat fight, they just sit there and take turns howling for a long while. Eventually one just gets frustrated or something and jumps on the other and you even up with a whirling mass of claws and screaming. The loser typically runs away until they're out of the winner's territory, sometimes the winner will even chase them down, there's fur wedged in their claws, lots of facial bleeding if it was bad. But never have I ever seen two cats stand next to each other, and one ends it with a minor scratch.
To be more exact, here are three consecutive "scenes" from that video (with some flashback thing removed between the second and third). At most in each, it's three lines moving and calling it animation.
His arm doesn't really reach out any more than that, so I don't know how he reached.
This is made with about four frames from start of the scratch to end.
Yeah somehow his left paw did that on her left side, and just one scratch (which is never seen on cats as a clean scratch anyways) has her bent over panting. Hell if I've figured it out.
