Hi! I’m trying to see if there’s a way confine the bot only to systems by assigning them a role, like how Rythmbot can be confined to the DJ role. We don’t want anyone else but the system to use it to avoid odd RP or mocking
Unfortunately, you can’t do anything like that with Pluralkit. I know it’s been suggested quite a bit, but as I don’t work on Pluralkit I have no idea if it’ll ever be implemented or when, if it is. However reacting with❓ to any Pluralkit message will dm you the member information (if available; the member might be private so you’ll only get their name/displayname) and the information about the account. So if you suspect someone misusing the bot, you can use that to find their account and pull them aside to ask. You can, however, still lock any specific bot channels to config Pluralkit behind a role. I hope that helps! If you need the support server link, we are in there and could dm it to you c:
