I want happiness, so I'm here to come up with some fluffy headcanons!
Sato finds out everyone's favorite sweets and makes them for their birthdays, or if they're having a hard week. (Bakugou “doesn’t want to owe him” so he bakes Sato’s favorite cake on his birthday. He knows Sato's favorite cake because Hagakure told him. Bakugou didn't ask her, but she's friends with Sato and could tell Bakugou was trying to figure out Sato's favorite sweet but was having trouble with it).
Hagakure always gives people the best gifts because she is listening all the time.
Koda brings his bunny to the common area during finals and stuff like that so the students who are really stressed can destress a bit by petting the cute pet.
Ojiro volunteers at a dojo teaching taekwondo to kids on the weekends.
(This ones more for when he's older but) Shouji gives out free hugs during pride.
Tokoyami makes necklaces with his feathers to give to his closest people.
Tsu volunteers when she can with wildlife preservation organizations, specifically ones helping near bodies of water.
Sero uses his tape to make stickers for his friends (gold stars, thumbs up, "You're doing great!", all the cheesy motivational stuff).
Jirou will sing lullabies for her significant other to fall asleep to.
Iida volunteers at marathons to be the "seeing eye" for blind runners (I didn't even know this was a thing until someone mentioned it to me the other day).
Mina always has a basket of "self care" stuff in her room in case she or one of her friends is having a bad day.
Kaminari makes a bunch of really specific inside joke memes for his friends.
Momo helps tutor kids at a local middle school on the weekends for free.
Once Ochako is a pro, she gives money to everyone in need that she can, be it by donating to charities, or doing what she can to help people in their everyday lives (like, if she notices someone can't afford their groceries, stuff like that).
Kirishima owns a lot of stuffed animals because hardening his skin makes him appreciate the soft things more.
Todoroki gives hot and/or cold (depending on what they want) massages to his friends after long days of training.
Deku hand-draws doodles on the wrapping paper for all his friends' gifts (the drawings aren't super great or anything, but he tries to doodle things he knows they like/associates with them).
Aoyama sends his friends long voice memos of him hyping them up when they're sad.
Shinsou gets cold easily, so he keeps a basket of his blankets in the common area so anyone who wants to use them can.
And finally, Bakugou keeps extra bottles of water with him at all times in case someone else needs it (cause like hell is he gonna let those morons dehydrate themselves when he can do something about it). He lectures/yells at them the whole time he's giving them the water, too.
