Dwarf Planet ♇ [PLUTO] Meiousei / Ming
Meiousei is a shy introvert. He doesn't speak much, but sometimes when he does, people find him cynical. He may appear to have a frozen heart, but he's actually quite nice! He has a trustworthy companion named Charon and four other moons to support him! As a dwarf planet, he doesn't really belong to the main eight planets. He actually has a good relationship with them! He's the closest with Uranus (Yuri) and Neptune (Kaiousei), also known as the Ice Brothers. He is also respected as the Prince of the Kuiper Belt in the outer bounds of the Solar System.
