sorry if it’s already been asked and answered, but what first inspired you to create your ocs? :)

this is going to sound bonkers but stay with me,

almost exactly one year ago, i had an extremely intense shroom trip where i retrieved shattered pieces of my soul across time, discovered my soul's true origin, and saw god lmao. what i witnessed during that vision & came to understand about myself became the basis of this story.

star came to me first :) she was "me before i was me" & thats the best way i can describe her creation. her journey is, in a way, very autobiographical because the people she meets and falls in love with reflect the people i've crossed paths with in my own life. her lovers represent very specific life lessons and also showcase the concept of karmic contracts made between souls before they incarnate as a way to lead them into further evolution and growth. each of her lovers were based on people i've met that changed me fundamentally as a person and taught me extremely valuable, yet painful lessons.
