my PMDD makes me feel like i’m losing my mind every month. every single month, i always question, “am i losing my mind?” cuz that’s what it feels like.

and it’s so isolating as well. cuz it seems like people don’t see you losing your mind.

i can’t wait to get this shit diagnosed and to get birth control and/or hormone blockers for it. 👹
