So after teaching yoga yesterday morning I figured it was a good time to break out my poi. Umm...I have slacked off for nearly 3 weeks and I could tell! But ya gotta come back some time. I tried to do double arm extensions to see if they were possible as I had only known how to do the one arm extension in the weave. That being said it started strong then tried to do double extensions and reverts back to the singles. This little vid is one of several blips coming soon from Saturday’s practice! Keep flowing!
