A poem to my gf
When i see you
I see a beautiful shining star
Youre so bright
You illuminate my face
You feel warm
Just like the sun
Its Written In The Walls
Resturants.
Airports.
My house.
The liminal spaces we spent
An endless amount of time together
Because of who we are
And how we loved eachother
How I crave the day that
We get to break through
The walls and show the
World our love
Hm.
Funny how I lose my will to write when I am not encumbered by love.
As if I need an external factor to be my muse,
everything else is a distraction against abuse.
I want to say I used to use, but i’d still be using.
Perusing through old songs that revived tragic memories,
Photos seen through a shutter, juxtaposed by illuminations of the tram filtering through the pillars of a subway.
I do not remember much.
Maybe its better that way.
Even when you are no longer around,
its funny how these poems are still about you.
poem stuff
I don't know if you remember anymore the sounds and voices that were so familiar before the way we kiss and the way we touched wasn't it all so magical much?
I miss you more and more each day but sadly you are far away
You probably wanted to escape from this junk ass town and you always won class clown but you were mine at least for awhile I can't help but still smile and the sound of your name but please dont play this game.
You awoke to something new Needless to say, it was not due This place contains just a few You really do not have a clue
