ahhh, the numerous times they ended up in genuinely weird physical positions and also the numerous times henry called ray "daddy" un-prompted or -provoked. also i think the time henry said "you wish [i was your mom]" in response to ray being snarky. honestly just everything about their behavior was weird and confusing. thank god lol.

I love jealous and possessive Hermes, but I have no idea what he would do to Penelope. On one hand, Ody really loves her and she makes him happy, and Hermes wants his mortal to be happy. On the other hand, Odysseus is HIS mortal. Hermes' ichor would boil at the very idea of Penelope being close to Ody. He'd be so torn between making her disappear from his (and his beloved great-grandson) life, or to allow her to stick around, to keep his Ody pleased.

I’m more of a staticradio person mostly bc it’s funny but I do see the appeal of appleradio. Their dynamic is also really hilarious. I like to believe that when Lucifer is around Alastor likes to keep up the father that step up bit just to piss him off.

I didn't really watch Danger Force, but everytime Henry has a cameo, he and Ray are so gay and it's sending me 😭 like, Ray telling Henry he loves him, and then pretending he didn't say it? Them dancing tango? Ray being angry about Henry not picking up his phone when he's on a date? Henry being Ray's babysitter after Ray throws two temper tantrums and he immediately calms down seeing Henry?? RAY TELLING THE KIDS HE'S ON A DATE WHEN HE HANGS OUT WITH HENRY??

At this point I think Ray got married only because Nickelodeon didn't want to make him seem too gay (bi) for his former sidekick

looool it's truly crazy how hogwild they went into it in danger force, like they'd been making weird tasteless jokes about it since the pilot and then steadily ramped them up until it seems like half the swellview villains assume that captain man is dating his sidekick, and then with danger force they got new writers and creative direction and instead of quietly dropping all of that in favor of more platonic interaction they. they didn't. they didn't do that at all, and in fact it's essentially canon from the get-go that not only would ray blow up his entire life in swellview to join henry in dystopia if he snapped his fingers but also! he is down bad! and like i see the vision, i respect the vision, i personally am having a great deal of fun with the vision and hope cooper barnes and jace norman did as well, but wow! wowzers! that's sure what all the writers and actors committed to from start to finish!

and like, i've gone on record as not minding credenza conceptually and understanding her narrative utility as the end-point of ray's overarching character development, even if it's a rushed ending, but also like. i sure hope credenza knows that, upon marrying ray, she now has a 20something boyfriend-in-law who ray is extremely weird and insane about and who is extremely weird and insane about ray in equal measure. like i hope someone prepped her for that. i hope there's a deleted scene of all the danger kids plus schwoz yoinking her into a big theater where they sit her down to endure a two-hour powerpoint of mika explaining in excruciating detail What Ray And Henry's Deal Is. like forget a shovel talk, i hope they gave her the henry talk asdfghjkl;

I won't get over the fact the crush compilation in Danger Force on Nickelodeon's channel includes Ray drooling over Henry, they're not even subtle 😭

It's actually wild how hard every part went into signposting that Ray especially is insane about and down bad for Henry. Like I can't even in good conscience call the official nickelodeon channels being in on it "queerbait" because like. It's very much the canon. That drool scene is well past Rule of 3s because it's like the fifth time the bit was used in the episode, it's well-established as "this object-person is unthinkably hot to this subject-person". Ray says he loves Henry to his face then chickens out. He says he'd blow up his life in Swellview to go join Henry at the drop of a hat. They flirt constantly. The tango scene happened before our eyes. Ray is always trying to touch Henry, and vice versa, and be in his space. He unprompted calls hanging out with Henry a date and proudly tells the Danger kids about it. He calls their relationship "vibing" and seems to have some idea of what it means. I'm convinced the second he learns the term "situationship" he's going to be soooooo annoying about it and feel soooo vindicated that whatever they've got going on is something other people have a name for. And like Henry is exactly the same way he just pretends to be chiller about it in Danger Force but get him invested in shenaniganery and he's straight back to being equally insane. Someone warn Credenza before Henry shows up with a sleepover bag to their honeymoon and Ray invites him in no questions asked, quick.
