A cool little detail in Half-Life 2

Contains mild spoilers for Chapters 1 and 2 of Half-Life 2, and VERY slight spoilers for Chapter 9(a).

The second chapter of Half-Life 2, A Red Letter Day, introduces the player to Dr. Kleiner's lab, as well as his pet headcrab, Lamarr.

Almost immediately after meeting Lamarr for the first time, she hops up onto a ledge and eventually into a vent, to which Kleiner remarks:

"Oh, fie! It'll be another week before I can coax her out of there!"

After A Red Letter Day, neither Kleiner nor Lamarr are seen until the end of Entanglement, which takes place roughly a week later.
