Blowing Bubbles (Closed w/Bubbles)
"How much longer?" Tyler asked, peering over a rack of clothes. Sam paused in searching through the mismatched t-shirts to meet her older sister's gaze.
"How much time are you going to give me, Mom?" She snickered and Tyler brought her hands up to pull her hair into a ponytail instead of wrapping them around Sam's wrists and pulling her out of the store. "Ten more minutes, I promise."
Tyler let out a huff to let her know what she thought about that and wandered away from the clothing section of the store. Why had she agreed to make the trip all the way to Lavaridge? It was the first week back at classes since break. Information was supposedly being thrown at them left and right for upcoming tests to make up for the month-long absence. Sam was certain that the first few days back would be easy, a kind of slow progression back into the world of college life after so much down time. But what did she know? This was her first semester. Tyler knew better.
Or, she should have. She had still come along in the end.
Tyler found herself heading outside. Maybe just being a few feet closer to campus would ease some of the anxiety about skipping classes. Which one would she be in right now? Was it a laboratory day? A girl passed by and Tyler hesitantly fell into step besides her.
"Do you know what time it is?"
