A couple sketches from me and bf’s Hoenn roleplay. Well, of characters anyway. All are aged up just bc we didn’t feel like dealing with the idea of them being kids as we’re both adults, so I wanted to try to reflect that a bit in the anatomy, but I also was trying out a new style.
Also if Wally looks a little ooc, that’s because he is lol. I play Wally in the RP and Wally is... not the sickly pathetic kid from the games. He’s still got his sickness going on, but he’s a very different character overall. He’s very sweet deep down, but hides it under a lot of snark and bitterness.
“Brix” is Brendan, but his name was changed in the RP because I just wasn’t vibing with Brendan lol. It’s based on his German name.
Bf plays May and I just haven’t gotten around to sketching her yet!
I call it a Hoenn RP, but it’s based heavily on ORAS, even though it also draws a lot of inspiration from Emerald. We’ve started jokingly calling it Delta Emerald lol.
who knows, maybe one day I’ll even give a blurb about the plot on here rather than just random out of context screenshots! lol
