you have just enough to get one! you press the coins into the machine...

gacha machines are known to be a variety of vending machines that dispense small fun toys! this one will be a little different... a pokémon gacha!

it’s a lil’ piplup! he moves, so he’s not a toy i guess.

his markings are somewhat off... he is a gatcha pokemon after all!

there doesn’t seem to be a way to open it and reveal the toy, so you placed it on the table to look at the fine print of the machine and it began to shake...

i love doodling designs and i’m really happy all of you like the concept of this blog, but pokepon designs... aren’t meant to be a free-for-all? i’d like to try to put detail into them if i can, and at the same time it’s the first time i’ve designed characters for others. i’ve got around two designs (of five) done that need to be digitized and interacted.

i’ve also gotten several messages of interacts about receiving one which i will absolutely do when i get back on schedule. i have no problem with these, but i would like to make an official announcement: any interacts about receiving from this point (5.22.17) on will be ignored/deleted and all current ones will be addressed. no pokepons will be given unless offered or given away (100 follower giveaway?)

as for this blog status i’m trying to get back on track but i will be going on a hiatus again next month for collective finals, and i am currently undergoing final exams for each class.

POKEPON Fusion RPG

While looking at some beautiful artworks of Pokemon Gijinkas on Pinterest, I somehow ended on this awesome Pokemon Weapon Fusions by rebusalpa. Since I’m still in love with the idea of a Pokemon Fusion Game, this one occured to me as quite innovative as well. I really like the unique style of the weapons the artist created (and he did a whole more), how much thought he had put into the fusions without loosing the special appearance of the used Pokemon. 

I believe people who wield weapons like this would be able to use their abilities and attacks as powerful magic. There would be still characteristics of the original Pokemon series: Since Pokemon Ranger had the symbol system where you could summon some Pokemon I would find it really cool to see a rpg where you had to draw a symbol of a Pokemon you want to catch so you could use its abilities to fight against others. Maybe there would be even Pokemon which turned into some kind of demons and which try to end the reign of humanity and you as the protagonist and the hero of the world has to go on a long, long journey, gotta catch ‘em all and stuff to hinder them at achieving their goal. 

The more I think about it, the darker the game gets. It would be suitable to see a magical, colourful world where humans and Pokemon live in harmony and peace at the beginning of the game, but as the story line goes on (after you caught some Pokemon) the world would get darker as the demons take over. But the Pokepon hero will save the world!
