I decided to try my luck at getting a porygon2 on GTS with a weavile and a bottle cap.... someone traded me a shiny 6IV one xD not what i expected. It’ll be hacked and cloned but thats fine with me. I only wanted it for my pokedex.

Movies

Rogue One (2016) - The new Star Wars prequel. May contain spoilers. While I liked the movie, I thought the pacing was a bit quick at the beginning. Several scenes stand out, and none of them contain the main characters, which isn’t necessarily a bad sign- they did not pique my interest. I particularly like the WWII tank-warfare going on in the first of the final battle

Series

The Medici: Masters of Florence (2016-) - A Netflix series about early Renaissance Florence, centered around Cosimo Medici. His father is played by Dustin Hoffman, an unexpected presence. As usual, I’m enamored with the period costume.

This week, for the Imminent Storm: The party in its entirety went on a mission to kill some several trolls. Instead of letting the druid and sorcerer ruin them with fire magic, the rogue and I tried to fight with our pointy weapons. Since trolls regenerate and have three attacks each, we very nearly died.

in pokemon sun/moon, when you go to po town to face team skull, they’ve driven the citizens out of town and thus all the workers in the pokemon center are gone, but the two teenage grunts chilling in there will still heal your pokemon for you if you give them ten dollars. you’re going in to fight their boss, there is literally no reason they should have to do that for you, and they do anyway without you even asking them to. i think about that a lot
