I'm still on a performance high from last weekend!!! OMG it was absolutely amazing, and I am so grateful to have been a part of such wonderful experiences 🤩 Friday I performed with the @yborcitysirens and Saturday I performed for @lux_polecabaret ✨

Pole, Pole, Pole Yesterday!! Which was great, even though I was shattered after doing another run with my instructor on Monday. My friend came this time so no hill sprints (apart from the cheeky 2 that me and my instructor did.) ^_^

Life’s going really well I haven’t really stopped recently, yesterday was my first relaxing day since I’ve quit work. So we lazily sat around all morning, then we had a water fight (we have friends staying with us so they joined in) and we got the paddling pool out.

Then after we had a BBQ with more of our other friends who live upstairs. Today me and the little one are going to the Aquarium. Then we’re off to see the massive firework event that they have on near by, we go every year and it is always brilliant ^_^

I’m having a lovely time and it definitely feels more like time off, I’m still looking for a part time job. But for a minute I’m just having as much fun as possible.

Pole was so much fun this morning ^_^ even if I had to drag myself out of bed. This week has been so busy with work, I'm not home till past 9 at night so I just haven't had any time for myself and zero energy. I've missed getting sweaty so I loved making shapes today at pole and pushing myself.

Going to try and be a bit more proactive in workouts next week, I know I'm working 4 days so I'm going to do workouts on the 3 that I'm not working and keep up my stretching routine as I slipped and didn't do it at all this week. But these things happen and I can't always be superwoman even if I'd love to. Pushing myself to much will only result in burn out and I don't want that.

I really love aerial sports. Like I thought I loved pole but honestly I'm sitting here in my bed with sore ass abs because of hoop and I couldn't be happier
