WOWEE!!!

I have a friend (a mother in her 40s) who started pole dancing a few years back & watching the way it has built her confidence has been so inspiring. She’s been on fire for life ever since.

I am now, at 45, thinking about taking it up myself.

The woman pictured here is over 50.

I discovered the #PoleOver40 hashtag on Instagram yesterday & this morning I decided to see if there were any #PoleOver50 posts... and here we are.

Dare I search #PoleOver60 ???

The thing I’ve learned from watching my friend’s journey is that many of these studios are all about creating a true sisterhood. The women cheer each other on & make each other feel beautiful.

I think I may need to get me some of that...
